SWEEEEEEEET!!
Thousand Foot Krutch is coming to Calgary again!
Centre Street Church - September 7,2005 for the Great White North Super Tour ........ I WANT TO GO!
http://www.thousandfootkrutch.comAnyone wants to come jam and mosh with me? :P
Imagine ...
"How I long for the months gone by, for the days when God watched over me, when his lamp shone upon my head and by his light I walked through darkness! Oh, for the days when I was in my prime, when God's intimate friendship blessed my house.
He is wooing you from the jaws of distress to a spacious place free from restriction, to the comfort of your table laden with choice food.
He draws up the drops of water, which distill as rain to the streams, the clouds pour down their moisture and abundant showers fall on mankind.
Who can understand how he spreads out the clouds, how he thunders from his pavillion? See how he scatters the lightning about him, bathing the depths of the sea.
This is the way he governs the nations, and provides food in abundance.
.... He does
great things beyond our understanding.
Therefore, men revere Him, for does He not have regard for all the wise in heart?"
Think of that ......... God woos us.
Hope
So what does it take to lose hope?
Or what does it take to create it?
There is one thing to pray about an item.
Then there's another thing for you to make only the opposite to happen in what you pray for.
How can God work through doubt?
Perhaps pulling out the impossible.
Chapped Paint?
A time to repaint?
Chipped paint ain't so pretty, it makes the fence look deserted and forgotten.
Well then time to bask the paintbrush into a fresh tub of paint and to restore its color.
Now how so? A layer overtop of the wrecked? Or the dead paint is stripped first and then fresh paint can be applyed? which is the better?
Obviously, the easier and quickest, is the coating on top.
Like a cherry on top.
It ain't easy as pie.
Covering is only a quick fix.
More bulkier, more burden to carry.
Perhaps shedding to a fresh new start is better.
What makes paint dry quicker?
Sunlight will warm it up, for shade and shadows to hide away in does nothing. So sunshine it will be.
Why is it at the end of the day, you usually feel at your lowest?
Have You Ever? - Shawn MacDonaldHave you ever wanted to be someone else?
Have you ever wanted to be someone?
Have you ever wanted to reach your dreams?
Have you ever wanted life to be more than it seems?
I have tasted a love so wideThat it stops all my timeI have tasted of a love so deepThat it blows my mindHave you ever wanted to reach up and touch the sky?
Have you ever wanted to pack it up and say goodbye?
Have you ever wanted someone to care?
Have you ever wanted someone to be there?

Walk looking up
I remember how I thought it was an AMAZING discovery to realize that it was such a different thing to look up at all times while walking rather than looking at your feet. I do admit I tend to do that a lot, looking at the floor, at the things I was stepping on, where I was going etc. But when ...... you look up towards the sky and walk, it feels SO much better.
I'm strange.
Well I also discovered that, if you want to keep tears overspilling your eyes, or to hold them back, don't look down either. It doesn't keep them in.
So Fresh So Free
The sun is out. The sky is so blue.

I am happy with just that.
Dictionary meaning of "Hallelujah": expression of praise and joy.
Keeping it simple.
